Imaging that supports care — and the case
Personal injury and workers’ compensation claims often turn on clear, timely diagnostic evidence. Hospital imaging can mean long waits, fragmented communication, and reports that arrive after deadlines matter. AMI is an outpatient imaging center built for fast access, high-field quality, and straightforward coordination with physicians, attorneys, and authorized case teams.
Whether the injury is from a motor vehicle accident, workplace incident, slip and fall, or other trauma, we provide the modalities most often needed to evaluate soft-tissue injury, spine pathology, fractures, and more — without hospital-level friction for the patient.

Personal injury imaging FAQs
Do you accept personal injury and workers’ compensation cases?+
Yes. Advanced Medical Imaging supports personal injury and workers’ compensation imaging. Call (727) 398-5999 so we can confirm documentation, ordering requirements, and billing coordination for your case.
How quickly can an injured patient get an MRI or CT?+
Most MRI exams can be scheduled within the same week. CT and X-ray are often available same day or next day depending on volume and clinical need. Tell us if a hearing, settlement conference, or treatment decision depends on timing.
How do attorneys receive reports and images?+
Reports are completed by board-certified radiologists and released to the ordering provider and authorized parties. Contact our office for secure records release processes that comply with HIPAA and applicable Florida requirements.
What should patients bring to a PI or workers’ comp appointment?+
Photo ID, physician order (when required), insurance or claim information, attorney/adjuster contacts if available, and any prior imaging CDs or reports related to the injury.
Do self-pay patients need a referral for injury imaging?+
Self-pay patients do not need a referral for screening-type pathways where applicable; diagnostic exams with a clinical indication still require a physician order. Our team will clarify what is required for your specific study when you call.
